Flags and other stuff I ordered is awesome quality! And shout out to whoever created the flags, finally somebody put grommets on each corner so we can hang flags horizontally, and not just vertically!

These bands deliver! I have been using them to improve my range of motion and reps for pull-ups. The weight ranges of the bands are perfect. I just made the move from the largest band to the medium band for support during working sets of pull-ups. I was worried there would be a huge gap in support, but there isn’t. I’m excited to see how many pull-ups I can do without support once I get pst the lightest band. I would highly recommend these to anyone. Thank you Battle Bunker!
