Customer service needed a little prompting

From order to delivery.. no issues there. Came pretty quick. With the issues with the oil. It may be worth noting if it works better in certain types of wood than others.

It is quite difficult to unsubscribe….

It arrived quick - but did not do the job I bought it for

Product is great but customer support non existent. Sold next day delivery but did not arrive in expected time frame. Requested a refund and was ignored by the company.
