Applying for a subscription was complicated, and navigating your website to manage my account has been nearly impossible. It’s unclear what my subscription timeframe is, how much I’m paying, or even when my subscription ends. I can’t view any history or status to know if my membership is active or not—basic details that should be readily available to users. As a tech-focused publication, I expected a smooth, modern digital experience, but this feels outdated and inconvenient. Compared to other websites, this one lacks the user-friendliness and clarity I would expect. I’m disappointed, and I urge you to improve the website experience. Without improvement, this could push subscribers away, despite the great content you offer.
