The sudden demand created a back order situation which delayd the shipment of our order. We were kept apprised of the situation, and when our order came near the top we were given the option of a sooner date or an extra pillow and a month delay. Took the extra pillow and after using them for a while we are glad we did. Worth the wait. Great customer service
