I still have not received an issue yet, and I can't access anything online. What's going on?

I signed up for a magazine. I don’t need to hear from your company daily!! And it’s very evident that unsubscribe for your emails means nothing. The magazine subscription will be canceled and I say fuck Hearst. It’s now clear why your industry is dead.

I still cannot access any of the online content after multiple requests for service and emails traded with customer service

Very hard to cancel.
