My only complaints are that I didn't get a tracking number or notification that my keyboard had shipped and when I tried to contact you about it through your help bot, no one ever jumped on to talk to me. Then again, I live in a very different timezone and don't know if anyone is on shift during that time, so I don't really hold that against you. Besides, despite the lack of tracking, the keyboard got to me earlier than expected! So, thank you!
