Overall my personal experience with King Palm has been great! The products are almost always in working condition, and if they are not, customer service has been amazing! It was one of the best customer service experiences I have had. Shipping is SLOW! Even if you pay for expedited shipping, it NEVER seems to come, so just order before you run out and skip paying for expedited shipping.
