What? What Shop? This HB service needs more and better explanations.

Every chance I get, I tell you to stop bothering me with this kind of spam and no matter how many times I try to block you, I get spam. I subscribed to get a paper magazine delivered to my door. I didn't expect you to use my subscription to spam me constantly. STOP. NOW.

I never received the print magazine, 5 months later. Have reached out to customer service twice, with no response.

I have only received one issue - despite having ordered a 1 year subscription in December 2023. Will I ever receive another issue?
