We still have not received ANY issues, they just keep extending our subscription but no magazines come.

I never received a paid for subscription to your magazine. Trying to figure out how to resolve the issue led to a dead end.

The magazine took my money and have not provided a single copy of the magazine.

I am so frustrated with the poor third party delivery systems off Elle Decor magazine. I ordered in December and as of March, my subscription has still not arrived, even after complaint emails were answered saying they were going to fix it!
