I placed a subscription order
I placed a subscription order in August 2023. I've received only the September issue - no explanation was provided by ELLE Customer Service why the October issue wasn't sent. Today is November 11th and I don't know whether I'll even receive the November issue or any issue after that. I could have saved myself the trouble and expense and just continued reading it at my salon. Note: I subscribed to both ELLE and Harper's Bazaar and the problem seems to be consistent across the Hearst Brand - non-delivery with no explanation.
