Took about 4 weeks from when I paid to when they arrived when other sites ship your order either a few days of paying.

The 1st of 4 items has been delivered.

Just received USS Antares. It's a nice ship, but both the warp nacelles were in the bottom of the box, fixed with supper glue, but shouldn't have happened, packaging was minimal & it took 2 weeks to come from Australia, similar models from Amazon USA take around a week.

The figures look OK from a distance in a cabinet, but the quality of the painting in not up to scratch.

Needed to be packed better with corner protection, one corner arrived mashed in, luckily nothing appears to have been broken inside, but the displayability and collectibility has been ruined! A great product that has suffered from poorly thought out packing.
