Poor customer service

I sent an email to customer service regarding postage of my items which I purchased almost 2 weeks ago . I have heard nothing back .

Never shipped orders, orders incomplete

Ordered a number of items in July 2019. As of January 2020 nothing has arrived. Several emails, back and forth. Apparently Items that were listed as ‘in stock’ when ordered were not. There was no communication from Eaglemoss about this until questioned. The responses took weeks and could not advise what when any items would be in stock. So almost 6 months later and still nothing.
