I ordered the subscription for the magazine, and I never received it. I have to go cancel it because it never arrived in the mail.

I placed an order over a month ago to receive a magazine in the mail. I have not received anything yet and every time I go on the website it says it's down. I have no interest in using any of the online options. Including the country living shop. I'm completely disappointed. I have been a subscriber in the past and never had issues. I will not be renewing.

No acsess to articles . Paid and not receiving full articles.
