i haven’t received anything / no magazine

Disappointed. Not worth it.

Honestly, I just wanted a subscription to the actual physical magazine, but I placed my order back at the very beginning of January (to start the year off with a new perk), but haven’t received anything. The only thing I’ve gotten are countless emails of articles. I’m sorry, but that’s boring. What happened to the monthly magazine. Why does everything have to be digital based nowadays?! Since I have yet to receive a physical magazine with a sticker on it yet, I don’t have an account number to cancel my subscription. The “conformation email” I received after submitting my subscription has NO info whatsoever in regards to an account number. It also didn’t have instructions to create an account or anything like that. So now I’m out money for this subscription and don’t really have anything to show for it - what a waste. I DON’T want countless emails of articles from Cosmo - that’s annoying and spam. I want a full version of the magazine, a physical magazine!

To slow to process. Takes it takes to time to process orders and then ship them.
