the staff and processing time has been AMAZING! everything was perfect. I will be exchanging sizes to get a smaller heel because it really is "true sizes" and I normally go a size down. Even still, Sandy and Nash have helped a Ton! great customer service and response time even after hours. - will definitely purchase again and again.. and again.
