Best company ever!

There was a manufacturing defect on the shoes I received and Valerie helped me with the return - she was wonderful help and I am very happy with the ease of the return.

So I order my third pair of shoes recently. They had a small flaw on them (manufacturing one o think) contacted customer service. Sent some photos in, was offered the choice to return them for a replacement or a gift card towards another purchase. Since the flaw was glaring, and I think I maybe able to paint over it with silver paint to make it less obvious I choose the gift card since I know I’ll be purchasing more shoes/boots from you guys anyways lol. Now to decided which pair to order next

Support service was great. They were quick to respond and gave clear answers.

I accidentally ordered the same item 3 times and customer support was able to cancel the 2 extra orders within 24hrs and give a time frame of when to expect the refund.
