Sherpa Adventure Gear

Schneller Versand und top verpackt. Es ist nicht mein erstes Kleidungsstück von Sherpa Adventure Gear. …. aber das erste online bestellte. Alles in allem sehr gut gelaufen. Danke Sherp-Team.

The shipping was super quick, no problems at all.

Well, let me tell you. . . in my other review I forgot to include the labeling problem. I ordered a size Small. The package arrived labeled Small, the tags hanging off the fleece said small, but the label sewn into the piece itself said Medium. And, indeed, it was a Medium. When I contacted Sherpa, they asked for photos, which I sent, and then told me they'd get the size Small on its way to me immediately, AND did not require me to send the mis-marked one back. Now, THAT is excellent customer service! Thank-you so very much, Sherpa!

Alles bestens und schnell geliefert, gern wieder.

Gorgeous sweater, but unfortunately is going back. I usually order a small, but it was so pretty that I thought I would try and XS which is all that was left. Too small for me… Just processed my request for a return. Quick, easy and all I need to do is drop it off with USPS.
