Well, let me tell you. . . in my other review I forgot to include the labeling problem. I ordered a size Small. The package arrived labeled Small, the tags hanging off the fleece said small, but the label sewn into the piece itself said Medium. And, indeed, it was a Medium. When I contacted Sherpa, they asked for photos, which I sent, and then told me they'd get the size Small on its way to me immediately, AND did not require me to send the mis-marked one back. Now, THAT is excellent customer service! Thank-you so very much, Sherpa!

Gorgeous sweater, but unfortunately is going back. I usually order a small, but it was so pretty that I thought I would try and XS which is all that was left. Too small for me… Just processed my request for a return. Quick, easy and all I need to do is drop it off with USPS.
