The site looks much better than it did in the past, however, functionality/responsiveness is terrible! I get so frustrated navigating the site that I just leave and don’t buy anything unless I absolutely have to. It also makes me avoid browsing through to find additional products. Not a good user experience at all.

I purchased 2 orders of black seed oil over 2 weeks ago , and I still haven't received my orders. I am very disappointed and inconvenienced in this company , and will be seeking a refund.
