Connectors did not match had to cut and crimp on the correct one for my Vmax vx2 Extreme

The one representative for your customer service that I've dealt with, utterly suck.

Where are the item that I paid for back in April! Still waiting for them when tracking only shows a label has been printed and nothing else. I want my items that I paid for!

I did everything I was told to troubleshoot this non-working scooter that we had for two days and it still doesn’t work. Junk! I want to return it and either get my Money back or get a new one.

Vmax says scooter is fine even though it only goes 14 or 15mph. 18mph top speed apparently means it can spin the back wheel that fast if it is lifted off the ground and has zero load.
