Kudos to your Customer Service rep who helped me with my warranty claim and finding the perfect pair of sunglasses after my first pair was unsuitable. He was so easy to deal with. He knew my claim just by my call display number and took me through the process seamlessly. Unfortunately I didn't ask his name so I could commend him.
