I received my gloves very quickly. They arrived in beautiful packaging with a dust cloth to hold them, and some conditioning cream as well. They are well-made and warm and are cozy. I finally have a pair of gloves that are warm enough for the coldest of days. It is a bonus that they are tech friendly and I can use my cel without having to take them off. I measured for a small and I found the sizing to be true to size. A great purchase and I would definitely buy them again.
