Meh. This began with confusing ad copy that lead to a frustrating first-time purchase experience, followed by a big nothing in terms of product results.

Not sure if this works as I could't tolerate using it more than a few times. Messy liquid that isn't a tingle as described, it burned on my scalp - to add to this disappointment, I was unaware that I somehow signed up for a subscription so have double the amount unusable - the auto-subscription seems predatory to be honest as it was not clear thats what I was doing.

I have not seen a difference in reduced hair shedding or growth after 5 months of daily use. It almost seems like the hair loss has gotten worse.

Didn't receive my first order and was sent a new one a few weeks later. Had to get another product in the mean time and i wanted to return and now they dont allow returns
