Shipping was delayed but the product is great so far

It looks health but not regrown yet, it has been already five months

After almost 4 months of using the serum daily, I’m still uncertain if it’s working. I still have a significant amount of shedding still and the patches of my hair where it’s visibly thinning don’t appear to have gotten any new hair growth. I started with the shampoo and condition, but the very first use of that followed by the serum left my scalp so itchy it took a month for it to recover. I spoke to one of the hair consultants who told me to use a little less serum and the burning sensation on my became more tollerable after that just using the serum without the shampoo and conditioner. In month 2 I tried the shampoo and conditioner again and it made my scalp so itchy it appears it has to be the issue. I still don’t enjoy how the serum leaves my scalp feeling like it’s on fire for 20 min after each use, but follow the advice I read online somewhere that said it’s worse when it’s right after a shower, so now I just use it at night on dry hair and it’s more tolerable.

Not sure if this works as I could't tolerate using it more than a few times. Messy liquid that isn't a tingle as described, it burned on my scalp - to add to this disappointment, I was unaware that I somehow signed up for a subscription so have double the amount unusable - the auto-subscription seems predatory to be honest as it was not clear thats what I was doing.
