Shocked it came wrapped up in a little cellophane bag inside a cardboard box, had to carefully untangle as it’s a delicate chain. Thought a bit more consideration would be put into the packaging with how much it cost! The necklace is ok. Smaller than expected

Poor quality. Thin chain that arrived in knots and took ages to untangle. Tiny pendant that you cannot open. Very unhappy with purchase.
