SarapNow is a wonderful company to deal with. They are quick to respond to e-mail & address any issues in a very professional & satisfactory manner.

I was shipped an incorrect item in my first order but after contacting SarapNow they responded quickly and the issue was resolved satisfactorily. In my second order there was another mishap regarding payment. I relayed the error and once again response was commendable. The error was corrected almost immediately. Customer Service is excellent. Shipping is timely (especially considering I am in Hawaii) and items are boxed well.

Love that I am able to order items that I used to enjoy which are hard to come by where I live. Being able to order from the website and shipped to myself is great. The selection of products that are available is awesome. There are items that bring back nostalgia and new ones that I'm glad I'm able to try.
