I’d like to start out on a positive note. Jayvee and BJ were helpful after I reached out. Working with the graphics department was very painful. I understand that the Christmas holidays fell during this time. However, it is no excuse to why I had to submit the same change orders multiple times on proofs and my change order emails were ignored. I feel my change order request details were highly detailed. I even asked for the department to call me if they didn’t understand. I finally had to call and work with BJ in order to get my instructions conveyed and to get the banners produced before the drop dead date. The banners are currently in transit and have no opinion of the final product at this time.
