I had to call several times to get my order to ship. I received excellent customer service when I called but the dress would have been very delayed had I not done that.

I'm from Canada, so there were no deals on shipping. I wish SWL offered better deals for their Canadian customers.

I liked a little more than half of what I got

Ordered two different items as a Christmas gift but got two of the same item. Now have to go through the inconvenience of returning/exchanging it.

Wanted to love it but wasn’t a great fit. Really small in the waist.
