well my order was short some of the products ordered and then they just fwubbed me off about getting the shorted parts, they had two days before i was to install to get those to me but said they couldnt and if i wanted the parts by the deadline i would have to go out , 3 hour round trip and collect WTF what sort of good business is that ?!?!?!?! Not GOOD BUSINESS and this isnt the firts tim,e i ahve ordered in the past that the pick and pack was short !! Then when theyt did re deliver , guess what , it waa still short ??!?!? Can you believe that , was still short lolololol gotta laugh or you would cry , but this time , at least they got those missing parts take 2 out in time ....... Pick up your pick n pack and delivery protocols in order ....... Also not a call from anyone to offer explanation or to give any compensation, off my next order , for all the chase around time i had to spend on this?!?! Anyway lets see if i get a call now to at least show they gave a damnnn , lets wait n see hey

Very disappointed. After waiting 2 weeks for my order of 5 boxes of gloves..nothing. Rang and was told you had new staff & my order was placed on backorder!! You had the stock & it was the new staff that who did not do their job properly. Never order from you again.

Very disappointing

Bought 4 folded bolards, two of the locks broken in two weeks. Try to cantact with sales but have not got any reply.

Order ID is #43005 on 24/11/2020, delivered 14/01/2021. 4 Ball Fence End Post BFENDP at $ 49.4/each have been replaced with Ball Fence Through Post BFTHROUP at $37.4/each, but did not give a refund of $48.40 for this order
