Tried to return an unopened box and was refused

Poor delivery. Poor customer service.

Safe manufactures website says made in Florida. Packaging says made in Korea. Safe and vault store says it probably means the packaging was made in Korea. Extra packaging for $40 consisted of a couple thin layers of foam and a slightly larger extra box. Waste of money.

Terrible company. Over charges like crazy. Said I would get a refund amount and then deducted $14 for something. I don't know. Cheaper at manufacturer or Cabelas. Do not use this company

flimsy safe and poor customer service
