When I received the safe, the door was off the frame, it took my wife and I about an hour or so to get it back on, I contacted the company they did refund me $50. The biometrics worked fine for me, but not for my wife’s fingerprint, I’m not happy about that. I bought the three gun safe which I only really wanted to put one gun in there and I could barely do it the door opens just enough to put your hand in and pull one gun out. Not a total loss but not what I had hoped for.

The magazine holder is way too small to insert a magazine. Very disappointing.

The drop box opening is much smaller than anticipated. It will not drop the standard bank deposit bag. The bag will go in but it will not drop.

You promised new customer support and I called right away and you told me I needed to call the safe manufacturer and pretty much dropped your hands of it so I’m disappointed

Very loud when you drive. A gasket would make it much much better.
