I really like tAaeview is somewhat mixed. Everything about it seems like good quality, but there are three things I find less satisfying. First, the buttons often double press or are too blunt, making it very hard to enter the correct combination. The buttons are simply cheap. Second, it never recognizes my fingerprint on the first try and sometimes doesn't recognize it at all. I recall that when I first trained it, there was a confusing statement in the instructions about how the more you used it, the better it would get, but it didn't clearly explain how to do more of it. So that's the second reason, and I think I haven't programmed it correctly or enough, but I'm not sure how to do that. The third issue is that all keys seem to fit all safes. We bought two safes, and the keys seem identical. Fix these three things, and you are a 5 all the way.

The service from Safe and Vault was excellent. They answered all of my questions up front before purchase. The delivery went smoothly and beyond expectations. The safe assembly was straight forward and required two people to carry the parts into the room where the safe was assembled and installed. The safe operates as it should and fits perfectly into the space. The only concern I have is that after tightening the bolts as far as they could go, there was still visible daylight that can be seen between the panels which is concerning regarding how well this would work to protect the contents of the safe if it was in a fire.

Some parts were bent and I had some paint chipping but the safe itself is fantastic. Functionally perfect but would've been nice to have it show up in a more perfect condition. Both damage bits should not have been possible from shipping
