Nice safe except: 1) all the nuts on the door lock pins were only finger tight and one was loose laying in the bottom of the door. 2) both screws and holes in the door for the dial ring were stripped out and needed to be drilled oversized and re-tapped. Other than these two issues, it was packaged and shipped well. Thanks

We are very pleased with our recent purchase of your concealment mirror. Your product is of excellent quality, very well made and it was also easy to install once we finally received the locking mechanism which had been left out. We immediately contacted your company regarding the missing locking mechanism and we were told that someone would be in touch with us about how to proceed within a few days. No one ever contacted us which meant we had to contact your company again only to be told that someone would contact us right away. Long story short, we made numerous contacts and were told someone will be in touch. Never happened. We made ALL the contacts before finally receiving the omitted part. Thankfully, you offer a unique, high quality and easy to install product which looks great because customer service is not your strong point. We will recommend your product to family and friends but with the recommendation will come warnings about your poor customer service.
