First off, the safes we purchased were perfect for our needs. Shipping was prompt and boxes arrived in perfect condition-well labeled to handle carefully. But the true reason to purchase here is the customer service. They are a true brick and mortar operation-not just a drop shipper. The process was seamless and probably the best communication I’ve ever encountered when purchasing an item over the phone. If you are hesitant, don’t be.
