The item was great. The online website was great. The delivery of the item was not great.

it's great but when i took the drawer out to install the cable & putting the drawerback in i tore up one of the slides is there anyway i can buy new ones

The entire process was very easy. The delivery notice stated the safe would be placed curbside, but I was especially pleased that the delivery driver actually rolled the pallet down my inclined driveway and placed it in my garage. Hats off to him for that, as I didn’t want everyone on my street watching me try to move it into the garage myself. I’m a happy guy.
