Product arrived undamaged and met the online description, was very happy with the look, feel, quality, and color. I have a "cool" shade of green and taupe in the living room and I bought this rug for that room, it is much more "warm" in color so I repurposed it in my at home office. Very fun, mid century modern, and stunning rug. We have 3 dogs so we put our rugs to the test here. Very happy with this product's design and craftmanship.
