I didn't receive the neckalas I paid for

Very cheap looking. The cord is especially cheap. Doesn't look like the photo at all. Would love to send them back.

I ordered it on the 29th of September. I am very displeased I still have not received it. Today is October Tuesday The 18th of October , so when the heck am I gonna get it???!!!! Sincerely, Diana bourgeois
