Item arrived faster than expected and in excellent condition. One time I purchased a belt one size too small and their customer service was friendly and willing to send us the correct size fast and made it easy to return the other belt!

Shipping was understandably late considering their giant store-wide 'when hell freezes over' sale. They were transparent about the late shipping. But it doesn't matter honestly, because once you see (and smell) your bag, it's game over!
