Shipping and service were outstanding! There's some kinks/things on the website that need updating/correcting in my opinion (sizing charts, e-mails that say $50 gives you free shipping), codes that don't work, but nothing that changes my mind about the quality of the people, company, and clothes!

Rye 51 has been wonderful all the way. The website is easy to follow, the customer support online was great, and the customer service in the store was wonderful too. I don't live near a Rye 51 so I called the phone number and some really helpful associates helped me choose the right size of mystery box and gave me great assurance, which really helped me feel better about the purchase, especially given I had never wore Rye 51 clothes and wasn't sure how much the fit would work for me (it worked great btw).
