The color of the cap was different

Sucks, crappy shape, doesnt hold form. Ya just cant buy hats off the internet.

Crappy customer service. AI agent did not have the capability to assist me with my return. Was told that my case would be further handled by a human agent and then was ghosted. Have reached out several times since to get my return processed but have heard nothing back. Very disappointed.
