Website was a bit frustrating as I would have loved more font and size options. However, the price was good and I received the customized tote bags 5 days sooner than expected! They look great!

The design quality came out great. Timely delivery. One con was that I had to cut off excess threads that were hanging and loose on most of the rally towels.
