Ref order RPL4570. I received my blanket prior to Xmas but the stuff sack was damaged. I emailed your team and they responded quickly saying they would try and find a spare sack and send it to me. Despite several emails chasing i haven't received a response since the 27th December and i want to know what is going on please.
