MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED

I have already sent 2-3 emails to your CONTACT because my order still has NOT ARRIVED. And they replied that I should ASK ARGENTINE MAIL. . . When I made the purchase, I paid everything (including shipping) and since November 26, it shows that it is IN ARGENTINA CUSTOMS and it hasn't moved since. Please, I need YOU TO HANDLE THE COMPLAINT AND MAKE SURE IT ARRIVES. Terrible service

Firstly I had to chase you after about a week when i had had no correspondence on when my item would be shipped. At that point i was told there was a problem with the UK warehouse and therefore you had taken the decision to ship the item from NZ. It took a very long time for you to arrange the international shipping. When the item arrived in the UK, Royal Mail said there was a problem with the label (the address Ibhad given you was correct so I can only assume you had made an error with the packaging) and the item was being returned to NZ. You would not refund my item until the item had been returned to sender . . . and I had to chase several times to get my money back. A terrible overall experience

Haven’t received item

I ordered a rugby brick late September. I haven’t received my order nor have I had any communication back regarding this. I don’t like to give negative feedback as I understand things go out of stock/missing but seeing as I have no explanation as to what is happening I feel I have no other option.
