I ordered a rugby brick late September. I haven’t received my order nor have I had any communication back regarding this. I don’t like to give negative feedback as I understand things go out of stock/missing but seeing as I have no explanation as to what is happening I feel I have no other option.

Order was placed on 16 Aug. Tees haven't arrived. Shipping fee should have been for courier service, not postal. Now we have to play detectives and track down the product.

Terrible service & communication
Terrible communication, following our online order. Shipping delayed by two weeks and we had to send multiple emails to follow up on the status of our order. Great product, however very poor service.
