There was a manufacturer defect with a part I purchased which was no fault of Royal Distributing itself. I sent a message to Royal Distributing through their website and was provided with very good communications throughout the entire exchange process. I'm very happy with the new working part that was sent to me. I did have to return the defective part; however, Royal Distributing sent me a postage paid shipping label so that was all good too.
