It took longer to get to us & if we returned, $7 is taken out? It’s like we are being penalized for making a return. If only the product was exactly shown & stated we would not have to return.

Felt like I was dealing with AI via email to get a simple customer service task done. It shouldn’t take a dozen emails over the course of 7-10 days to get an exchange of shoes. It was frustrating and unnecessary to go back and forth so much about shoes that needed to be exchanged.

Been waiting FOREVER for my return to process. Shipping wasn't especially fast getting to me either.

Should at least be allowed to change size, even if it’s on sale
