It took longer to get to us & if we returned, $7 is taken out? It’s like we are being penalized for making a return. If only the product was exactly shown & stated we would not have to return.

Felt like I was dealing with AI via email to get a simple customer service task done. It shouldn’t take a dozen emails over the course of 7-10 days to get an exchange of shoes. It was frustrating and unnecessary to go back and forth so much about shoes that needed to be exchanged.
