Shipping is good but quality of bag is below average

I love the Roxy Bayshore Plus Sneaker. It is so comfortable. However, I ordered the white and got these instead. I sent them back. Unfortunately they don't have the white in stock so I missed the sale and now have store credit waiting to be spent. I don't want to give a bad star review for the shoes but I will lower the rating for not getting my order right.

Tracking is always an issue.
