No record of my order and tracking number does not work! Very disappointing experience!

Based on tracking information, it should have arrived last week. It looks like it's in Kentucky and I live in Georgia.

I did NOT receive my order. Sendle did not deliver it!!! Service from Sendle has been appalling! Please reconsider your delivery service!!! I am out of pocket for the order I did not receive and am trying to get a refund from Sendle, so far without success! I alone now have to find another Christmas gift for my father!!

I purchased these for my 13 year old grandson, who is an avid fisherman. He immediately put them on his poles, and although it’s too cold in the Midwest to fish right now, he is looking forward to using them soon.
