*Legacy* Roccat UK

Parcel went missing in transit. I had to chase several times to find this out. Customer service just didn’t seem that bothered. Really unhappy with my interactions with Roccat. When they let me know it was lost, they just said “you will have to order” again with barely an apology

No delivery, no updates from customer team, really bad experience

I honestly won't buy from roccat again. There are better products for me out there. I'll stick with Sony & Logitech when it comes to audio.
