my experience is this: you've sent me a defect product of 100eu. you offered me another keyboard of 50euros as alternative (you always offer the customer sth of the same value or higher). we agreed to send it back and refund me, the company you used has no idea what the bar code you gave me is, so they sent it back to me. You explained I have to send it out of my own expenses and when i could have bought an 150 euro keyboard from you i got an 150 euro keyboard from corsair. And guess what?? If I need to return it THEY come and pick it up!!!! Wow??? And this my friends is what is called customer service (and not only how your agent tried to assist me). your processes seem to be bleeding all over the place. good luck
